Ingredients:
- 1-inch piece ginger root (peeled)
 - 1 large strip lemond rind
 - 6 cups water
 - 1/3 cup honey, eyeball it
 - 1 lemond juice
 - 4 camomile tea or any tea bag of your choice
 
Directions:
   slice the ginger into coins, Heat the ginger, lemon rind, water and honey to a boil water in a small pot, add lemon juice to a hot water and transfer the boiled mixture into a tea pot, add the tea bags into the pot and steep. Remove the tea bags and serve tea.
