FRESH GINGER, LEMOND AND HONEY TEA

 Ingredients:

  • 1-inch piece ginger root (peeled)
  • 1 large strip lemond rind
  • 6 cups water
  • 1/3 cup honey, eyeball it
  • 1 lemond juice
  • 4 camomile tea or any tea bag of your choice

Directions:

   slice the ginger into coins, Heat the ginger, lemon rind, water and honey to a boil water in a small pot, add lemon juice to a hot water and transfer the boiled mixture into a tea pot, add the tea bags into the pot and steep. Remove the tea bags and serve tea.
