Healthy Drinks for Glowing Skin

 1 Pineapple Drink:


   Ingredients:

  • ½ apple 
  • 5 sliced cucumber
  • ½ cup Pineapple
  Direction:

  • Add 1 cup of water
  • Blend all the ingredients to smoothie juice
Serve and enjoy, for glowing skin

2 Beetroot Drink:


  Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of Beetroot 
  • ½ cup of carrot
  • ½ tomato 
  • 5 sliced cucumber 
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  Direction:

  •  Add 1 cup of water
  • Blend all the ingredients to smoothie juice
Serve and enjoy, for curing dark circle and puffy eyes.
