Banana, Coconut and Mango:
Bananas 🍌 are high in potassium and pectin, in the form of fiber, with Vitamin B6, Vitamin C and various antioxidant.
Coconuts 🥥 are highly rich in manganese, which are essential to the bones and metabolism of carbohydrates, protein and cholesterol. As well as ruch in copper and iron.
Mangos 🥭 are rich in Vitamin C, which is important in forming blood vessels and healthy collagen. The fruits includes chlorophyll, 'A&B' and Carotenoids.
