Amber Heard's Aquaman Role Gets Cut To 10 Minutes


Amber Heard's role in Aquaman has been cut down to Ten minutes, just as she gets petitioned to be dropped from the Disney film. Although this development was shown at the recent CinemaCon convention during the screening of the film, reports suggest that it was purely a technical decision that is not in any way related to the current situation with the trial.

However, in the heat of the defamation trial between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, Just as Depp's career has suffered major setbacks by the allegations made by Amber Heard, so also are fans who are following the trial are trying to ensure the same with the Aquaman actress.

A petition has been signed by millions of people following the trial and is demanding that the actress be dropped from the featuring in the sequel of Aquaman 2. so far the signature has an accumulation of 2 million signatures and counting.

According to the petition, Heard "has been exposed as a domestic abuser by Johnny Depp and her appearance in Aquaman 2 should be cancelled to prevent the alleged abuse from being "glamorised". It is uncertain how this petition on change.org will affect the decision of Warner Bros.

Depp, who portrayed the role of Captain Jack Sparrow in the Pirate of the Caribbean Franchise, was dropped by Disney in the Fifth instalment after allegations that he had abused his ex-wife.

He has taken the stance since the trial has denied ever being physically abusive to Heard but suggests that Heard was the violent one. Amber Heard is yet to take be examined in the ongoing defamation trial.
