   Tropical Detox Tonic:

For a Quick detox, try a tropical Tonic. Good-for -you ingredients like citrus juice to clean the liver and enzymes to put the stomach at ease fill this simple drink. the combination of coconut water, apple, Pineapple and mint is tasty, this can be a regular cure.

Ingredients:

  •  1 cup full raw coconut water
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1 green apple (cored and chopped)
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup of mint leaves
  • 1 lime( peeled and cut in half)
  • 1 lemon (peeled and cut in half
blend all the Ingredients above, serve and enjoy.


Ginger Tea: 

Try the fresh warm cup of ginger tea. the spicy root will ease a queasy stomach and invigorate the entire body so, that one can get moving. all the ingredients are Fresh ginger, Honey, Water and lime juice.
