1 Green Smoothie:

Direction: boil three to four cups of water, in a pan, add grated ginger 1 inch cinnamon stick, 3 chopped garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon mint juice, and lemon juice. As it blend, let it cool for a minutes, add honey and serve warm.
